Additional certifications for projects outside of Texas can be obtained in approximately 30 days in states that participate in the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Unified Certification Program (UCP). Additional certifications can be obtained for states that do not participate in the USDOT UCP, however the timing may vary depending on those states' certification requirements.
