For The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 20/20 served as the PARCS consultant for a project to implement paid parking at the hotel. The project included a feasibility analysis, system design, procurement, and construction administration services.
Denver International Airport
20/20 Parking Consultants and Lumin Advisors are currently providing PARCS consulting services to Denver International Airport. The airport has an aging PARCS system nearing the end of its life expectancy, and the airport desires to offer new products and features that are not supported by the current system.
MGM Resorts International
20/20 Parking Consultants provided project management and acceptance testing services as part of the design-build team for the groundbreaking paid parking implementation project at eleven of MGM’s hotel/casino properties along the Las Vegas Strip.
Portland International Airport
Portland International Airport retained a team led by 20/20 Parking Consultants and including Lumin Advisors and Aberdeen Management Group to design a new parking guidance system (PGS).
Raleigh-Durham International Airport
Raleigh-Durham International Airport selected 20/20 Parking Consultants and Lumin Advisors to conduct an assessment of its existing parking technology system and make recommendations for improvement. The project included an evaluation of approximately 22,000 parking spaces.
Richmond International Airport
20/20 Parking Consultants is serving as the PARCS consultant on a team led by Timmons Group, Inc. to design, procure, and implement a replacement PARCS and Ground Transportation Management System at Richmond International Airport. The system will consist of 32 lanes of equipment and 19 pay-on-foot stations spread across two parking garages and four surface parking lots.
